Big Retail Has Come to Comcity
For some global dining brands presence in Comcity office park will be a debut in the Russian market.
Compass Groups Rus and PPF Real Estate Russia, the developer of A-class office park, Comcity, have signed a rental agreement to lease 935 sq.m of space for Cafetera, a corporate office restaurant. Being a global leader in the sphere of public catering, Compass Group Rus has already been operating in Russia for more than a decade. Its Cafetera chain brand serves more than 13,000 customers at 16 A-class office and business centers daily. The opening of a corporate canteen with 220 seats is scheduled for October 2015.
A shopping gallery has already been launched on Comcity territory, with Blak’s, a superfast business-style coffee house, and Teremok, a well-known fast-food restaurant chain, already offering dining services in it.
PPF Real Estate Russia has also signed a rental agreement with Gawatt coffee house and Louis Charden pastry shop – a Russian debut for these brands – and with DoubleB and STAR HIT CAFE coffee houses and Grusha and Food Room cafes, which will open this summer. WonJo Kitchen offering Japanese and Korean cuisine to its customers will become Comcity’s first restaurant. By the end of 2015, a 1,000-sq.m fitness center managed by PPF Real Estate Russia will be opened in Comcity shopping gallery. A 100-sq.m beauty salon, dry-cleaner Prestige and tourist agency Coral Travel will complete the office park’s infrastructure.
Having filled the shopping gallery with infrastructural tenants, Comcity transforms into a real world-class office park – it offers high-quality office premises with landscaped territory, big parking space and well-developed infrastructure.
Rostelecom, Systematica and Oracle are the largest tenants of Comcity’s office premises.
Comcity office park is situated on the junction of Kiev Motorway, near the Moscow Ring Road, a 5-minute walk from Rumyantsevo metro station. In September 2015, phase one of the construction project was put into service. Phase two is due to be complete in 2016.
