PPF Real Estate and Hines announce the acquisition of the last Metropolis tower in Moscow

One of the biggest development companies on the Russian market PPF Real Estate Holding B.V., controlled by international investment group PPF Group N.V. together with Hines fund acquired the second tower of Metropolis center in Moscow. This was the third and final transaction within the Metropolis office spaces, thus finalizing the process of acquisition of the whole complex.

Total area of leasable office spaces is 33,572 sq m, along with developed infrastructure of 6,934 sq m, including 250 parking slots.

This deal is the final step in consolidation process of ownership within one of the most prestigious and high-quality office complexes in Moscow. PPF Real Estate keeps actively undertaking its large investment projects in Russia.

Metropolis office and shopping center was built in 2009. It consists of three office buildings and a large shopping mall. The complex is one of Moscow’s most successful and prestigious business and shopping centers. Metropolis is located in the northern part of Moscow, near Voykovskaya metro station, on the way to Sheremetyevo international airport.
