homecity is a 1,500-flat business-class, Western-style residential estate. It includes five mid-rise buildings of six to nine floors and an underground car park. The total project area will amount to 139,000 m2. The architect is Sergey Kiselev & Partners and the general contractor is the international construction company Renaissance Construction. In 2020, homecity won the Real Estate Market Records award in the Business-Class Debut category.
The project envisages a car-free courtyard and an 800-space underground car park. Residents will be able to use the already present infrastructure and environment of the Comcity office park: supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, consumer services, a bank branch and a post office. Moreover, the premises of the residential estate will have a kindergarten, a school, and all the infrastructure facilities necessary for a comfortable life.
homecity is distinguished by its advanced and high-quality finish: the façade features German clinker bricks and panoramic glazing. Another highlight of the project is its expensive landscape design and planting by the MLA+ company. With dozens of plants and ornamental shrubs, the green area occupies 50% of the total built area. The large landscaped territory includes relaxation zones: park areas with beautiful walks, creative benches, art objects, public spaces, and sports grounds. The residential and office areas are divided by a garden square that evokes a feeling of comfort and privacy. homecity hosts a wonderful natural environment - in its immediate vicinity there are two urban forests totaling over 180 he.
Located in the Southwest District of Moscow, the residential estate is a 10-minute walk from the Rumyantsevo metro station and just a 30-minute drive from Red Square. The leading universities and the largest shopping centres of Moscow are a 10–15 minute drive. homecity is built at the border of the Govorovsky urban forest, which was included in the municipal landscaping programme.
