It accommodates 100 retail outlets of Russian and foreign brands, a large food-court, restaurants and cafeterias, as well as numerous service facilities, and a three-level underground parking space of 550 spots. The shopping mall also disposes modern office spaces overlooking the city center, which are located on its 8th and 9th floors.
The building was created using modern architectural solutions. The design of the galleries is based on the classic theatre principle, which means it is virtually impossible to get lost in it, and is very easy to navigate in, also due to harmoniously up-built system of galleries, elevators and escalators.
Nevsky centre shopping mall was opened 11th of November 2010. Total leasable area is 44.253 thousand sq. m.

The Nevsky centre is located in the heart of the “cultural capital” of the Russian Federation, at the intersection of Nevsky prospect avenue and Vosstaniya street. The shopping mall is located within the walking distance of Ploschad Vosstaniya and Mayakovskaya metro stations. Transport accessibility is and has always been one of the most important advantages of this city landmark.
